Complete Eight is a comprehensive, convenient and cost-effective solution for Landlords.

For just 8% +VAT (9.6% inclusive of VAT), deducted monthly to aid your cash flow, Chelsea Square will look after your property with our customary attention to detail and commitment to customer service.

To complement our efficient, professional letting services – including marketing your property, finding and vetting prospective tenants, organising thorough inventories and registering deposits with our secure Deposit Protection Scheme – we now also offer rent collection and comprehensive property management with a transparent and simple fee.

Complete Eight offers landlords Chelsea Square’s signature hands-on approach to both day-to-day and long-term decisions related to your property investment as well as access to our highly skilled, proficient in-house maintenance division, including 24/7 emergency out-of-hours call-out, should your property require extra care. With Complete Eight, you can rest assured that your property is being well looked after.

We understand your property is an important investment and so we vet potential inhabitants thoroughly before considering them for tenancy. As well as in-house checks, all potential tenants are verified by an independent referencing company.

We market your property extensively and in the best possible light using top-quality photography and various marketing channels both on- and offline.

Our rent collection system helps us keep track of tenancy terms and rent payments. We remove the hassle of collecting monthly rent payments and aim to streamline and simplify your rent collection experience. All rent payments are collected into a dedicated client account.

Rather than charging you upfront, we take our fee from each monthly rent payment, helping you receive regular income and aiding cash flow.

We register all deposits with an independent deposit protection company, My Deposits.

Our management team keep track of all safety certification, such as gas and electrical safety, and schedule these as necessary throughout the tenancy so you are always up-to-date with current regulations. Required repairs and certification are subject to additional charges.

We provide an out-of-hours service for 24/7 emergency call out (call-outs are subject to additional charges, dependent on the nature of the problem)

Chelsea Square’s in-house maintenance department is comprised of a highly skilled and reliable workforce. Ben and the maintenance team can take care of any maintenance problems in your property, cutting out the tedious process of finding an appropriate engineer (maintenance works are subject to additional charges)
